[mlpack] GSOC'20 - Project Discussion

Hi everyone,
I am Mrityunjay Tripathi, a 3rd-year undergraduate in Computer Science &
Engineering Department.
I was getting familiar to mlpack for quite a few weeks, in the process I
also learned a lot. I wanted to
contribute to mlpack by adding the BERT model. I was going through the BERT
repository <https://github.com/google-research/bert> to understand
the architecture for the past few days. I don't know whether this is
sufficient for taking it as a GSOC project,
but I wish if someone agrees to mentor this project. Any suggestions and
feedback would be appreciated.
