[mlpack] GSOC'20 - Project Discussion

Hello Mrityunjay,

thanks for the interest in the project, right now the ann code is limited when
it comes to NLP tasks, so I think the project could be challenging. But it's
definitely a big enough project for GSoC.

Hopefully anything I said was helpful, let me know if I should clarify anything.
