Hi Gaurav,
I suppose you are referring to final pdf submission here. If that's the
case then unfortunately I don't think we will be able to consider your
proposal towards GSoC as they clearly states that student selection should
be completely based on valid final pdf submission. In any case you can
always contact GSoC support, if they can make an exception for you.
