[mlpack] Progress Diary and Mentors

Thanks for reaching back!

Sorry I didn't make it clear, I never said I won't also post weekly/monthly
blogs :D. I'll mostly rely on Medium article for weekly/monthly progress
and post them on the mailing list. The purpose of the diary was more for
more "real-time" updates. As in, what's the goal for today, what have I
achieved today, what do I plan to do tomorrow, any difficulties I'm facing
currently, like a captain's log.

Really excited about the introductory meeting! Let's discuss the remaining
there.
