[mlpack] Gsoc 2021 Report

Hey,
I made my report for Gsoc'21.
I am glad that I participated in Gsoc with mlpack. While working on my
project I learned a lot of new things. Before this I had never faced memory
leak errors. It was quite difficult to debug this kind of error. But by
constant effort I was able to solve this problem.
I am glad that I started working on my project quite early in the bonding
period. Due to this there was no pressure on me.

Most of the work that I proposed is complete. I have made a gist to
summarize the work. I have kept it short.

Finally, I want to thank my mentor Marcus for reviewing my pr's and helping
me to debug the issue I came across. I really like to figure things out by
myself, maybe that's why my communication with Marcus was not regular.
Whenever I was not able to figure things out on my own, then I would ask
Marcus for help and he was always available.
I really loved working on this project and contributing to mlpack. I will
keep contributing to mlpack.
