Hello mlpack nerds !!

I'm Rakesh from VIT Chennai.
Very much interested in contributing towards mlpack core library

 Interested in adding Boundary Equilibrium Generative Adversarial
Networks(BEGAN) implementation in GAN section of mlpack library.As a  GAN
enthisiast , from latest research I found BEGAN to outrun Energy Based
GAN's.
