[mlpack] Contributing to deep learning in MLPack

Hello MLPack contributors,

I'm Rajiv, undergraduate student from India. I have contributed to MLPack
and Ensmallen before and it was a great experience. I'm extremely
interested in Deep Learning and want to work more in this field.

It would be great if you could provide some problems/ issues to work in
MLPack or Ensmallen related to deep learning. I'm extremely excited to work
on them.
