[mlpack] Building mlpack on Windows 8

I have been trying to build mlpack on Windows 8,i have followed all the
necessary steps as given in the mlpack tutorial but something is not
working right for me & I can't seem to figure it out.Can someone please
help me out? I have attached an image of the error message. Thanks in
advance.
