[mlpack] [GSoC] Asking for Feedback for MCTS Idea Proposal Document

      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing this email to pledge
that any of the mentors would give me feedback for my proposal document.
You can find the Google doc link attached below. My idea that was discussed
before in the mailing list is implementing Monte Carlo Tree Search. Thanks
