Hi Ramnath,

I think you have a couple options.  First, you can install mlpack to a
system location (i.e. /usr/bin/ and /usr/lib/), although the files there
may conflict with your system's package manager (depending).  Another
option is to modify your .bashrc (or shell configuration file) and
append a command to set the PATH:

export PATH=$PATH:/path/to/mlpack/bin/

I hope this helps; let me know if I can clarify anything else.  You may
also need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
