[mlpack] Potential GSOC student interested in contributing to ML pack

Hello Kumaranath,

just checked the appveyor (Windows CI) build and the
COMPILER_HAS_DEPRECATED_ATTR check failed there as well, but it continues
without any further issues, do you mind to remove and recreate the build folder
and send the console output of Step 4 (cmake -G "Visual Studio 14 2015 Win64"
...)?
