[mlpack] Potential GSOC student interested in contributing to ML pack

Hi!
 I'm currently a final year student of Informatics Institute of Technology
Sri Lanka affiliated with the University of Westminster, a successful GSOC
2017 participant. I'm keen to contribute to mlpack thus, enhancing my
skills in machine learning and other similar areas of interest. Could you
kindly suggest how I could get started?
