thanks for getting in touch and welcome!

Google made draft proposals part of the proposal workflow, so you should use the
google page to send us your draft. We take a look through your proposal when you
send it and make comments, but it may be a few days before we respond.

A couple other thoughts:

- Take a look at the recent discussions on the mailing list:
https://mailman.cc.gatech.edu/pipermail/mlpack/

- When you put your proposal together, please spend some time detailing what the
proposed C++ API will be (and we can go back and forth on this if necessary).
