[mlpack] GSOC - GoogleNet

[Vinay Chandragiri]

Dear all,

This is Vinay. I am a senior undergrad majoring computer science from
Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and also a Computer Vision and
Machine Learning enthusiast.

I will be graduating in May 2016 and looking forward to go for a Phd in
Machine Learning.

I have worked on segmentation and Image Classification tasks for Neuronal
Images and Cifar 10 respectively. I have experience working with Artificial
Neural Networks and also Convolutional Neural networks.

I would like to work for this year's Gsoc under your guidance on the
project implementing GoogleNet. I reckon I have idea about the architecture.

It would be great if someone could help me get started.
