665cf5b  replaced all instances of `#include <mlpack/core.hpp>` with `#include <mlpack/prereqs.hpp>`; this simplifies the dependency graph and reduces compile times
53862f2  finished merging
7ab3d14  Merge branch 'fastcompiles' into submission3
