[mlpack] [mlpack/mlpack] Cannot build mlpack (#838)

Do you have another version of boost installed in /usr/local/lib/ or anything?  See if you can find a copy of libboost_program_options.so somewhere else on your system, maybe the linker is using that one by accident.  Is it possible you updated your system while building?  That might cause an issue.
