Hi Hritik,

To get started with mlpack, I would suggest that you download the source
and go through some of the tutorials to get a feel for the library's
design and usage:

After that, when you are ready to start contributing, a good place to
start is looking at the Issues list on Github:

https://github.com/mlpack/mlpack/issues

You can search for certain labels; you might try looking for the 'D:
easy' or 'D: moderate' labels.  Those might be good issues to start
with.

Another idea is to contribute an implementation of a machine learning
algorithm that mlpack currently does not have an implementation of.
