[mlpack] Willing to contribute to mlpack

Hello there ,

I am from India , a Computer Science undergraduate in my sophomore year .
Lately , i have developed a lot of interest in Machine Learning and also
did an online course ,so i know the basic machine learning algorithms. I am
looking forward to some programming experience in this field and i believe
mlpack is a great opportunity to contribute and learn.
I also have proficiency in Data Structures , so i can contribute to that
part as well , although i will need to study the dual-tree algorithm
concepts which you use here.
Please help me get started , i have all the time to contribute to anything
you may have for beginners , small bugs , anything .
