[mlpack] input data for cnn

Hi Marcus,


It seems current NN only supports 1-dim input data,
shoud I make 2-dim data supported if I implement CNN.
If so, I need to implement another version of many LayerType and ConnectionType classes.
But I think it’s worthy.


And besides ConnectionType for convolution,
connection between a layer and a sub-samplinga layer may also be handled specially.


Looking forward for any feedback.
