[mlpack] GSoC 2013 Report - July 1, 2013

Hello to everyone.

As a part of Google Summer of Code 2013, I'm working on automatic benchmarking of mlpack methods. It has been three weeks since I started working, and I would like to share with the community of the work I've been doing on the last week.

The last week, we have changed the way to start the benchmark and added a Makefile. This change makes it much easier to set the different variables for the benchmark script. You may want to have a look at the notes to find out how to start the benchmark script[1]. Additionally, I've started to write the benchmark scripts for the competing libraries.
