[mlpack] GSOC 2013

[Caio Souza]

Hello!

I wish to introduce myself to the mlpack community xD

I'm Caio SOUZA, an undergraduate of Computer Engineering at The University
of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
I like mainly logic programming, AI and Numeric Optimization, play games,
watch and practice sports in the  leisure time.

For the summer (here will be winter ^^) I would to apply to study and work
 with Machine Learning and make something useful for  the mlpack.
