[mlpack] Want to contribute to GSoC

hello, sir, I m a 3rd-year student and want to contribute to your
organization.
I'm a beginner at open source. I know c++ python ml but didn't work in an
organization. I already installed mlpack in my Linux but don't know too
much about it. please give some guidance.
