[mlpack] GSoC blog for a month

I am not the most punctual when it comes to writing blogs and documenting
my progress, but here is all that I had in a single blog

don't worry I didn't have much to write about but we did achieve some great
milestones concerning my project.

And as always this is a friend link because I would be honest, I hate when
there is a paywall when you want to read a simple article, blog, or
research paper.
