[mlpack] Regarding GSoC

Hey,

Actually due to some medical emergency I was not able to follow up on the
idea since past 5-6 days. Proposal submission deadline is still 55 hours
away and I will submit it in 8-10 hours.

Although you have already mentioned that the deadline is only from GSoC's
side and we can still discuss about our proposal even after that deadline,
I just wanted to confirm the same once again.

Sorry for being late on proposal submission.
