[mlpack] Regular mlpack video chats (in 2020)

Hey everyone,
Just a reminder for the video call today; details in the message below.
The only thing is, I have a meeting I can't cancel from 1800-1830 UTC,
so assuming that doesn't run over, I should be able to join for the last
half hour. Marcus said that he also has a meeting and probably won't be
able to make it.
That's no problem though---the Zoom room should work even if I'm not
there. :)
