[mlpack] Regular mlpack video chats (in 2020)

Hey everyone,

It's been two weeks; let's have another video meetup. :)  Sorry for the
late notice on this one---I've been traveling and a bit overworked from
the day job, so it's fallen off the list a bit.

Anyway, let's meet tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 6th, at 1800 UTC (about 25
