[mlpack] Want to start contributing and get involved.

Hello everyone,
I am Abhishek Sharma, a pre-final year undergraduate from india. I am
newbie to open source development but have good knowledge of C++ , Java ,
Data structures and Algorithms. It would be really helpful if anyone could
get me started.
