[mlpack] Regarding application for GSOC

I am Hemanth Kumar , a first year student from National Institute of
Technology, Calicut , India , interested in participating Google summer of
code. AI , especially machine learning has always been a topic of interest
for me and would love to engage in the same.
I would love to take part in establishing "Essential Deep learning modules"
idea for GSoC and would appreciate some guidance towards preparing proposal
and clarification of the topic. Please let me know if we could have a
conversation about the same.
