[mlpack] mlpack Digest, Vol 61, Issue 5

Hello ML-Pack,
I am interested in participating in GSoC and am really interested with the
concept of QGMM. I have worked with GMM and Bayesian Stats before some of
which can be seen on my github handle - https://github.com/KumarRishabh. I
am also comfortable with the math behind QGMM. I would like to start
contributing to mlpack on QGMM and what should be the target or goal that
should be in mind to contribute to this project? A guidance on what to do
next would be greatly appreciated.
