[mlpack] NIPS workshop on MLOSS

Hi there everyone,

I hope that I'm not abusing the list to send what is effectively an
advertisement for a workshop, but I do think it is directly of interest
to the mlpack community. :)

So, that said: I'm co-organizing a workshop this year in part with the
Shogun library maintainers on machine learning open source software.
The call for papers is here:

I think there are some nice opportunities to discuss some of the support
added to mlpack in different GSoC projects and other topics too.  So, if
you find it interesting and you wrote some nice part of mlpack that you
think is worth submitting, you might consider submitting!
