Hello there,
I hope your weekend is going well! Yesterday I tagged a new release of
mlpack and today I got around to finishing the release process. So,
without further ado, mlpack 3.0.2:
http://www.mlpack.org/files/mlpack-3.0.2.tar.gz
This is primarily a bugfix release, and mostly involves a few patches
for documentation, a CMake bugfix, shuffling support for k-fold
cross-validation, a few new neural network layers, and some improvements
to the reinforcement learning environment infrastructure.
If you're interested in more details, check out the history page:

If you have any issues with the code, please feel free to either file an
issue on Github (https://github.com/mlpack/mlpack) or bring it up on IRC
(#mlpack on freenode).
I'm looking forward to future releases as projects from GSoC 2018 get
merged in!
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the library!
Ryan
