[mlpack] Neural Networks tutorial

I got the same questions few months ago. I found a couple of some blogs but were based from previous versions. Looks like the library is still changing a lot. The unit test is the closest I found useful other than a tutorial.

Hi,

Are there any tutorials about implementing artificial neural networks (especially recurrent) with using MLPack? I know that I can use tests as examples, but may be examples with better descriptions exist?
