[mlpack] Building mlpack on windows meeting error again

Hi,

I’m here again…I’m building mlpack as the guide keonkim and I’m doing the last step now.

But after I use cmake to build the mlpack, the cmd give me the message like this:
 

And the errorlog looks like this,


And the ouput



Only this part of the output has a warning, I don’t even know what happens here, so can someone help and lead me please.
