[mlpack] GSOC' 16 : Implementing Tree Types.

Hi,
This is Mayank, an undergraduate student pursuing Computer Science. I am
interested in learning about and contributing to the GSOC '16 project Idea
of *Implementing Tree Types. *I am proficient in C/C++ and Python and
excited to learn more if needed.Discretization Problem and Decision Tree
Making are a part of my college projects. Can I get some guidance to get
started here ?
