[mlpack] GSoC 2016: Implement tree style [student introduction]

Hi,

My name is Rishabh Kumar, a third year undergraduate at IIT Roorkee, India.
I am pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics. I wish to apply for the
project - Implement tree styles

for the GSoC 2016. To prepare myself for the project, I have started
reading about the relevant tree data structures and will be grateful if the
project mentors suggests some specific literature related to the project. I
have taken up courses on data structures and algorithms to meet the project
requirements. Also, I am familiar with the ML techniques and have used some
of the ML libraries like scikit learn and svm light.

Previously, I have successfully completed a GSoC project with LibreOffice
for the project - Review of the sidebar and its functionality in 2015. The
project was based entirely on C++ and involved creating new sidebar tabs
for some of the most commonly used office suite features. My contributions
