[mlpack] Sorry for the Github noise!

Hello everyone,

I just realized today that I accidentally set Github to send all mlpack
updates and notifications to the mlpack list, not the mlpack-git list!
This was an error I made while migrating from the cc.gatech.edu lists.
I've fixed the problem and now all the noise goes (correctly) to the
mlpack-git at lists.mlpack.org list.  (If for some reason you liked that,
you can go ahead and subscribe to that list.)

So, sorry for the ~100 emails that accidentally ended up in your inbox
(including this one!).
