[mlpack] Getting error while using mlpack::data::Load

Hello ,
 May be i am doing something wrong but whenever i am trying to load a
".csv" file into a vector i get error like below
 "error: Mat::init(): requested size is not compatible with column vector
layout
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
  what():  Mat::init(): requested size is not compatible with column vector
layout
Aborted (core dumped)"
Is this a specified Behaviour or a bug .If it is a bug i would like to work
on it please can someone help me out.
