[mlpack] [mlpack/mlpack] using rvalue references to set a given reference tree in FastMKS and DualTreeBoruvka (#799)

Hi Ryan,
Adding `mlpack_deprecated` to `FastMKS<>::Search()` and `DualTreeBoruvka<>::CleanupHelper()` results in too many warning. Do you want to keep the flag anyway?
