Hello Li,

Thank you for writing the Homebrew foruula for MLPACK.  Indeed I am 
using Homebrew to install MLPACK, Armadillo, and Boost (although I 
provided generic instructions to duplicate the issue without Homebrew in 
my initial email as a convenience to people who may not be using it). 
Unfortunately, that does not avoid the issue of the failing test on my 
system.
