[mlpack] Google Summer of Code 14

Hi all

I am Pradeep, a Student of Computer Science Department from India. I am
interested in working on MLpack projects through GSoC. I'm particularly
interested in the "Collaborative filtering package improvements" project.
Having done courses related to Machine Learnig namely Machine Learning and
Memory Based Reasoning in AI, have thorough understanding of ML concepts.
And proficient in C++ coding.

Can some one please guide me on how to proceed further on this project ?
