[mlpack] GSoC 2013 Report - August 19, 2013

Hello everyone.

As a part of the Google Summer of Code 2013, I'm working on automatic benchmarking of mlpack methods. It has been two months and two weeks since I started working, and I would like to share with the community of the work I've been doing on the last week.

Just a quick description of what I did this week:

* We've obtained the first results for the large data sets.
* I've started the next benchmark for one of the competing libraries (mlpy).
* I've restructured the results page.
* I've added two initially jenkins jobs to make the memory benchmarks and to generate the reports.
