[mlpack] Google Summer of Code 2013 - automatic benchmarking of mlpack methods

Hello,

referring to the thread [0], I have a question about the build process of the competing libraries. 

Apparently, Jenkins builds exclusively mlpack, will jenkins also build the competing libraries, is there a standalone
installation of the packages or is there another approach to run the benchmarking scripts on the machine learning 
methods from other machine learning libraries?
